Our wonderful and incredibly talented instructor Stephanie DeMaro proudly represented Savage Soul Society Wellness at a beautiful sunset yoga experience last night! 🌅🧘‍♀️

A heartfelt thank you to Alba Palm Beach and @ Mimi Yoga for hosting such an incredible, grounding evening filled with movement, mindfulness, and connection.

There’s something truly magical about coming together as a community, moving with intention, breathing in the fresh air, and watching the sun set. 🌿

We are so grateful to have Stephanie sharing her beautiful energy, passion, and love for wellness while representing our Savage Soul community.

Sunday morning’s Fall Equinox Flow quickly turned into Mother Nature’s HOT session. ☀️🔥🌿

We flowed, we breathed, we released… and we SWEATED. Mother Nature definitely understood the assignment and added a little extra heat to our practice. 😅

But that feeling of making it all the way to Savasana? Pure bliss. ✨ And the reward waiting at the end …an ice-cold infused towel, never felt so good. 🧊🌿

A beautiful reminder that sometimes the practice isn’t about perfect conditions. It’s about showing up, moving through it, and appreciating that sweet release at the end.

We came. We flowed. We sweated. We surrendered.
