Introducing Coach Chris Suarez 🏈

Offensive Line Coach – Boca Raton, FL

Coach Suarez brings both high school and professional coaching experience to the trenches, focusing on developing disciplined, technically sound offensive linemen ready for the next level.

Currently coaching Offensive Line and TE/H-backs at Spanish River High School, he has helped multiple athletes achieve their goal of playing college football at programs including Dartmouth, Air Force, Lincoln University, and Keiser University.

With a background as a collegiate Track & Field thrower at the University of South Florida, Coach Suarez emphasizes leverage, balance, footwork, and power development — building linemen who can control the line of scrimmage with confidence and consistency.

From fundamentals to advanced position training, his mission is to prepare athletes physically and mentally for competitive football beyond high school.

Introducing Coach Karlos Williams 🏈

Coach Karlos brings elite-level experience from college football’s biggest stage to the professional level. A former Florida State National Champion and Under Armour All American, he went on to play in the NFL after being selected in the 5th round of the draft. His professional career includes time with the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers.

As a running back specialist, Coach Karlos understands what it takes to perform at the highest levels of the game. He now works with developing athletes, helping them improve position-specific technique, field vision, explosiveness, and football IQ.

His mission is simple: build stronger, smarter, and more confident athletes who are prepared to compete at the next level.

Coach Will brings professional, collegiate, and arena-level playing experience to Football Pipelines, along with over five years of developing athletes at the high school and private training levels.

A multi-time Special Teams Player of the Week and proven field goal performer, he specializes in the technical, physical, and mental demands of the kicking game. His coaching approach combines precision mechanics, position-specific performance training, and strong mental preparation to help athletes perform under pressure.

From fundamentals to advanced specialist development, Coach Will is committed to building confident, consistent, and high-performing kickers and punters.
