📚 Back-to-School Events are almost here!

Join us on Thursday, August 6, as our schools welcome students and families back for the new school year.

BES, CES & BIS Meet the Teacher: 5:00–7:00 PM
BMS Open House: 4:00–6:00 PM

Information for the 2025-2026 school year
* Download the ParentSquare App. It allows you to communicate
with your child’s teacher and receive important school and district announcements. It will translate to your preferred language.
* Arrival & Dismissal: Morning car line begins at 7:00am.
Students are tardy after 7:40am. Afternoon car line begins 2:30pm. Students must be picked up by 3:00pm. Car tags are required for pickup. Every student will get a free car tag. Extra car tags can be purchased.
* School Meals: Free breakfast and free lunch will be provided for all students. Students may bring their own snack or purchase snacks for $0.50 and water for $0.50.
* School Supplies: Basic school supplies will be provided for all students. Students need to bring a backpack.
* Attendance: Absences are excused with a doctor note or up to 6 parent notes. Parent notes must be turned in no later than 3 days after the absence.

🍎 No-Cost School Meals Return for the 2026–2027 School Year! 🏴‍☠️

Boaz City Schools is proud to once again provide no-cost breakfast and lunch to all students during the 2026–2027 school year.

We believe every student deserves access to nutritious meals that help fuel learning, support academic success, and prepare them for a productive school day.

Breakfast and lunch will be available at no cost to every Boaz City Schools student throughout the school year.

We look forward to serving our Pirates and helping every student start each day ready to learn!

To help prepare our students for a successful year, Boaz City Schools will provide basic classroom school supplies at no cost to families.

Students may still need personal items such as backpacks and lunch boxes.

We are proud to continue investing in our students and helping make the back-to-school season a little easier for Boaz families. We can't wait to welcome our Pirates back for another great year!
