Do you find yourself making long to do lists and never getting to a everything on it? While we know it’s not realistic to always get to everything, here are a few ideas for you to try this week.
Each day, pick three tasks (outside of your general routine) to complete. It could be anything from making an appointment for your annual check up to tidying your coat closet.
Choose something that you’ve been putting off for a long time. Tackle it this week! Maybe it’s finishing a project that you started or reading a book that has been sitting on your nightstand for ages.
Most of all, give yourself some grace! It’s okay to try again tomorrow.

Is Valentines Day about couple-love, family-love, or friend-love for you? We think it can be all of the above! Here are some ideas of ways that you can show your love to the people around you.
Grab your Valentine(s) and spend some quality time together while you head out for a treat. We recommend Sweetaly Gelato in Salt Lake City. You’ve never had anything like it!
Get out your paper and pen and hand write a note to someone you love. Share a nice memory you have with them and tell them why you love them. You can leave it on their pillow, doorbell ditch it with a small gift, or send it in the mail.
Do something to help a loved one. Make a meal and take it to them. Help them fix something. Invite them over to spend time with you. Make a phone call. Whatever you think they need-even if it’s a little inconvenient for you.
Let us know how it goes!

We hope that you have enjoyed this snowy day! While we may not like driving in snow, we recognize that snow can be great! According to the forecast, we will be seeing more snow this week. Here are some ideas of how you can enjoy the snow.
Grab your family or friends, bundle up in your warm clothes, head outside and build a snowman. The more the merrier!
Sit down on your couch with a cup of hot chocolate. Look outside and admire how beautiful the snow is.
Grab your snow shovel and head to your neighbors house. Help them shovel their driveway and sidewalks.

Let’s try some different ways to watch or listen to our media.
Grab your headphones. Find a song on your phone that you enjoy and listen to it using your headphones. Can you hear all of the layers in the music?
When you’re ready for a break, sit down and intently watch your show-no distractions. Did you get more from it?
Do you find that you don’t have enough time to sit down and read? Try an audiobook! You can use your library card and the Libby app to do this for free.

This week you can think about the way that you experience your food. Here are three ideas for you to try:

Before you take a bite of your food or sip your drink, smell it. Think about the flavors that went together to make your meal.
Invite someone over to your house to eat with you. The meal can be simple and easy, it’s all about the companionship!
Get in your car and head to the grocery store and get a fruit that you’ve never tried. We recommend star fruit - you can find it at Harmon’s. Let us know what you think!
