Kids tend to stay up late on devices, especially in the summer time! How do we get back into those bedtime routines?

3 tips to help get back into a healthy bedtime routine :

1) No devices in the bedroom!!! This is so difficult to enforce, but studies show kids are losing a full night of sleep a week to their devices

2) Have a charging station set up in parent’s room, so that there is no sneaking to get the devices.

3) Turn off the WiFi or use parental controls like or FamilyTime to lock your child’s phone

An incredible night was put on by by its founder . She is supporting student athletes by educating them around every aspect of their game to help them reach their goals.
covered what it takes physically to reach your goals.
educated these young athletes around the importance of mental strength.
I spoke to them about the realities of Social media, how to use it as a tool rather than a toy, and how to build themselves a brand.
And brought everyone to tears and laughter with her story and the importance of faith and positivity!

Also, consider hosting me to speak for your team or organization around how your kids can use social media in a positive way, rather than allowing it to hold them back from their goals!
