Hey Facebook family! Some of you may know that I started my weight loss journey awhile back after having both of my babies back-to-back. Well, needless to say, life got in the way and I fell completely off the wagon! I’m sure you can relate to trying to get in shape while juggling a job, kids, household, and school. It’s not easy to do!

Back then I was a new momma and had no idea. But I’ve come to realize that the effort it took me to get in shape before is the exact same effort that’s needed now! Once your mind is made up there really isn’t anything that will stop you from achieving that desired goal!

The thing is – I make up my mind some days to do it right but then I fall back off and end up on this back-and-forth cycle. During this process I came up with Me vs Me in which the image depicts the constant struggle that I wrestle with. To sum it up, I have some bad days and some good days but if I wanna win this battle then I need to have more days where I win!

We can all relate to the effort needed to get serious, but the lazy version of ourselves just isn’t having it. Since I’m sooo determined to eventually get back in shape again I had the logo put on a t-shirt to constantly remind me of the battle taking place in my head!
