When students do well, we often make the work harder.
That sounds right… but it’s often wrong.
Real growth comes from success with purpose, not sudden struggle.
Teaching at a student’s instructional level:

--Grows stamina
--Creates trust
Harder work isn’t always better work.
Strong learning comes from consistent success, not constant pushing.
Mastery builds resilience.
Struggle without support builds shutdown.
