Great weather for an active Sunday at Rooster Aviation. We took the Yak up to UMP for the annual Biscuits and Gravy Fly-In. We were joined by Jimmie in his C150 with AJ (SnackBar) as copilot! Rowan (Paddle) was along for the ride in the Yak. Big fun!

Spring is in the air in Indiana, and so is the Yak... here's a sneak peek at what we've been up to during the good weather days. We've been experimenting with smoke oil - it's a real challenge to pour into the tank behind the rear cockpit, and boy does it disappear fast! But honestly, it's totally worth the trouble, it looks totally awesome 💨💨💨

Great day for some two ship work with our good friend, Crackly. Small issue with the Yak but we got it straightened out back at the hangar. Video is in the comment section below.

Gloomy day, but zero gloom allowed when flying this beautiful lady - and she just passed her annual with flying colors! We loved working alongside the mechanic to learn even more about our Yak 52🛫
