My spirituality is expressed by acting to make this world a better place.
It is love in action.
I am filled with power & grace when I stand up for oppressed people & nature.
I am practicing my spirituality when I act in accordance with my beliefs.
My heart will not let me stay silent when I see the innocent harmed.
I will stand up for what is right when people are far away just as I would if I witnessed an atrocity committed right in front of me.
My faith helps me navigate confusion & fear about saying the wrong thing or being contraversial.
I work to emulate the great spiritual leaders of our time, all of whom stood against injustice.
My spirituality means nothing if it only acts in positive situations.
The strength of my conviction is defined by my decisions to stand in solidarity with the oppressed.
All children are my children.
I will not let them suffer while I remain silent.
I know I must say this for my faith to be actualized.
I am a guardian & I claim this title through my actions.
My power as a Man is anchored in my willingness to be a protector.
I am here for love & the struggle for all innocent people to be safe.
I encourage you to stand up with the innocent in this time.
The more loud we get the harder it is to ignore us.
Our voices matter.

Costa Rica Photo Dump No. 1 🌴🏖️🥥☀️
Got a super cool opportunity for Halloween Night here that I couldn't turn down. Tune in Tuesday night for the big reveal...
Decided to make a week trip of it. My first time on a plane since I left Bali in a wheelchair last January.
Day 1 stopped thru Manuel Antonio National Park & hired a naturalist guide.
He took the pics of the sloths, frog, & red bird through his parascope & I took the others.
Gorgeous day on one of the nicest beaches after our nature walk & no rain on my first day in heavy monsoon season 🙌

It can be hard to know what's what on social media these days.
What or who to trust for good information.
I've been studying global politics & current events closely for 2 decades.
Check out this interview I did with , airing this Sunday on the radio & online.
We explore these topics and more in depth.
With love & data,

I care a lot.
Everywhere I've ever been in the world I meet people whose hearts are full of love and have such wonderful gifts to share.
It's for precisely this reason that you see me standing up against injustice.
I believe in a better world, one where all people are respected and celebrated.
And to create that world all of us must do the hard work of looking at the parts of ourselves and our society which are still acting from a place of fear & prejudice.
In a time when there a so much fear in the collective consciousness, we must be vigilant to not let that fear seep into other areas of our lives.
To not let it matasticize and turn into hate or intolerance.
One of my mentors says, "Unmetabolized grief turns into violence."
I am here to remind you to feel it, feel it all the way, get into nature and shout it out, sing it out, cry it out...
Do that deep work of expressing your grief so that you can return to the village ready to love fiercely; to join me as a peaceful warrior and guardian of love.

Inauthenticity stinks, most people can smell it a mile away.
The idea that you need to pretend or "fake it til you make it" is a totally outdated idea & will likely sabotage your online business.
People crave connection, which is created by vulnerability & authenticity (both empathy builders).
People want to know exactly what you are feeling, what you are going through & what you are doing to get there.
When you are transparent you earn people's trust.
When I am teaching people how to run an online NWM business, a lot of people tell me that they don't wanna "sell" anybody anything.
Totally understandable, almost our entire lived experience with "selling" in this culture is people trying to fake us out & sell us something we don't actually want or need.
But check it out.
To "sell" is human.
We basically go around selling each other ideas, feelings & experiences. Sharing what we love and what works (and doesn't work) for us.
And many things, experiences & ideas that you have are totally worth selling because they will HELP people.
Are you bitter that somebody sold you your beloved car, or the book that changed your life?
No.
You love it when people sell you things in a way that is honest & respectful.
When people tell me they don't wanna "sell" what they are actually saying is:
"I don't wanna be inauthentic"
And I say: GOOD.
Because anything other than being the full, real, honest YOU will just turn people off anyway.
Thanks for coming to my TedTalk ;)
