Established and growing healthcare organization has an opportunity for an experienced human resource and recruiting professional to join our team in Eveleth, MN with some regional travel.
Spectrum Health Companies has career and professional advancement opportunities available. The selected individual will recruit for medical and non-medical positions and support human
resource functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: full cycle recruitment, professional networking, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, safety and
workers’ compensation.
Knowledge of healthcare functions, including homecare and assisted living settings is desired.
Understanding of federal and state laws regarding employment practices is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
2 years of experience in recruitment, screening, selecting and placement.
Logical and creative problem-solver.
Professional, mature and able to manage confidential information.
Professional communication (written and verbal) is required.
Stable employment history.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study.
