The Graduate Student Association at the O'Neill School was created to perform four functions:

1.Coordinate communication among the school's master's students.

2.Coordinate communication between the student body and administration and faculty.

3.Work to improve experiences for all of the school's master's students.

4.Offer opportunities for leadership and involvement to the school's master's students. Elected Graduate Student Association officers attend regular meetings with faculty and staff to discuss programs, policies and other aspects of the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs experience. Active members of the Graduate Student Association attend committee meetings and coordinate projects, trips, activities and parties. Every person in the professional master's programs at SPEA-IUB is a member of the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs Graduate Student Association (GSA).

With everyone learning and working remotely, we may encounter new challenges related to mental health. The Mental Health Initiative wants you to know that we’re here for all students and want to help any way we can. We’ll be updating the resource list below regularly.
