HERE’S THE SECRET SAUCE 🍝

🛑 A stricter parenting plan won’t fix your situation.🛑

More rules, more documentation, more trying to catch them slipping…it just keeps you stuck in the same loop.

I am feeling so many feelings!

I love it when my girlfriend tells me how grateful she is for the way that I provide for her.

And I love the fact that she did didn’t tell me that story to tell me something great about myself…

She was just telling me about her day and she wanted to tell me that the pick up line person recognized her.

So yes, I am proud of what I’ve been able to do.
I’m also happy for her that she gets to experience that.
I’m also happy for her son that he gets to see his mom right after school.

And if I’m being fully transparent, I feel a little bit silly, making real about it… but this is my life.

This is what I’ve made possible after my life got completely turned upside down and everything shattered.

Don’t be realistic.

Be delusional. Do the impossible 💯

If the parenting plan was all you needed, then you’d have peace by now, right?

The hardest part for so many of my clients is the fact that they exhaust themselves making sure they follow the rules…

They make sure everything they say and do looks good for court and can’t be used against them…

🚫And yet they still walk on egg shells.
🚫They still spend hours stressed about emails and schedules.
🚫Their lives are still consumed by coparenting.

You can have freedom from all of that.

⚡️ You can learn to make decisions that align with your values instead of what looks good in court.

⚡️ You can learn to hold boundaries even when it upsets your coparent.

⚡️ You can learn how to look inward for your peace and guidance instead of emailing your lawyer for reassurance.

This is the path I show my clients every day.

I want you to know the same steps.
I want you to learn the same method they learn.

⚡️ I go over the 5 step process in my masterclass “When the Parenring Plan Doesn’t Work”⚡️

I want you to be free.

The scariest thing I’ve done in coparenting?

Learn how to let go 😅

🔹I had to let go of trying to get it all right.
🔹I had to let go of trying to be on the same page.
🔹 I had to let go of trying to be likeable.

Because there was nothing I could say, no version of myself that I could become, that was going to get my coparent to do what I wanted her to do.

And that was scary.

Not knowing what would happen was scary.

Sometimes it’s still scary. But that’s part of the journey.

I don’t have peace now because everything is easy all of the time.

I have peace because I’ve faced the hard s**t and trust myself to handle it when it shows up again.

Healing isn’t easy ❤️‍🩹

It’s not supposed to be.

Because healing means learning to love the parts of yourself you’ve spent years hiding under shame and guilt.

It’s not comfortable. It’s not fun.

It’s self-care…but not the kind that comes from wine, naps, or massages.

It’s the kind that builds your capacity to handle the ups and downs that life (and coparenting) constantly throws at you.

So I need you to hear this:

🔹There will be moments you’re not the parent you want to be.
🔹Moments where you act from pure survival.
🔹Moments that leave you spiraling in shame or guilt afterward.

And I need you to know: that’s OK 🙏🏽💚

For now, just accept that’s where you are.

💚 Without judgment.
💚 Without beating yourself up.
💚 Without needing to fix it right away.

Because you still deserve love, even in your hardest moments.

You can’t change what you won’t face. And even though facing it can feel like hell, I know you can do it.

I believe in you.
