Celebrate your TEAM...
This past week, I hosted our 2nd annual Menefee company outing. This year, we hosted it at Empower Leadership Ziplining (and gourmet pizza up the street) 😊 so we can celebrate our team's wins. We bonded over zip lines + obstacle courses at 40 to 75 feet in the air and it was so POWERFUL!
When you're truly blessed to be surrounclecl by the manpower that makes you successful, you should take
time to show them RECOGNITION + APPRECIATION. I LOVE MY TEAM (those in this pix + several others who were away due to summer obligations or conflicts). I can't wait for next year's annual company outing!

I had the pleasure last week to meet + interview for CT State Senator George Logan (of 27th District) on his show SENATE REPORTS. We talked about small businesses in CT; the importance of investing in them; and good rules of thumb for new entrepreneurs so they start their business right. We shared perspective and most importantly, talked about resources to make them successful!!
