After eight years on Blacksburg Town Council, two as the youngest female Vice Mayor, Krisha Chachra has received a lot of encouragement and support and believes she needs to answer this call to serve her hometown. This is her next step. As a native of Blacksburg and graduate of Blacksburg Middle and High schools, she wanted to ask her community, her colleagues, her friends and those who have known her and her family for over 40 years in this town to join her in her bid to be the next Mayor of Blacksburg. And to the class of '94 - GO INDIANS!! Spread the word and repost!

Dave Crist leaves long legacy after 40 years as Blacksburg football coach BLACKSBURG — Stability was a major consideration when Blacksburg High School began its search for a new football coach in the summer of 1975.
