My dad and I have started a karoke crew. Here's a flyer I made for the local bar as well as the logo for our new business.

A story about a private eye in the heart of Atro City, who has an obsession with the 1940's, but takes place in modern times. Everyone in his business has some form of a disability. His tall, sexy assistant, Sara "Silver" Sterling , is completely blind and types her records on a braile typewriter, that also types in braille. She doesn't carry a gun, for obvious reasons, but can handle herself with her well trained self defense. His trusty dog, Loaf, has no legs to speak of due to a run in with some sh*tty kids when he was only a pup. Our main hero, Frank Falk, rescued Loaf when Frank was about 19 and they've been together ever since. Loaf now helps on certain cases by sniffing around like bloodhounds do best with the help of his surgically implanted wheels. Frank, aside from being only 4'7, also has hemophilia, a bleeding disorder that hinders the bloods abilty to clot.

Abnoirmal is a "noir" style mystery series with some dark moments, but stays light enough to stomach with it's odd and quirky sense of humor. The characters find themselves in very unique situations due to their disabilities, which also makes even their daily lives interesting.

It's October! I'll be posting some more art here soon. I've also been working on getting this karaoke business started with my dad. In fact, if anyone can come up with a clever name for our new business, I'd love to read your suggestions in the comments below. Have a great month! Oh, and check out this page on Thursday. If all goes to plan, you might see a post that'll give you a "laugh".

The porject here was to come up with your own product and give it a brand and it's own packaging. This is Cow Bells ™ Beef Jerky, which comes in three flavors: Original, Teryaki, and Hot Damn!

Heart in chains. This was sketched out in one of my books and then colored in Photoshop.
