Whipped up this little hunny today. This sweet plaid was just screaming to be a messenger bag so I felt obligated to make it’s dreams come true. It’s paired with a hot pink solid and another sassy pink and white print lines the inside. The entire bag is pretty generous, it will accommodate a 17” laptop+ any miscellaneous goodies you may require. If you’re interested please message me. $60 + shipping

Channeled my inner Mary Poppins and made my own carpet bag today! I’ve always wanted one so I dug out this sweet little Italian throw rug I got at an estate sale several years ago (that promptly went to live in a trunk) & a clearance shower curtain from Pier 1 and set to work! And Viola!
And in case you think that I’ve been living the life of a total slacker I want to assure you that I most certainly have not! But pictures are not a possibility at this time because I’ve been making some Grandaughter-y type goodness that has yet to be given. All in due time, chums, pinkie promise!

Finally got down into my sewing room today and made some Fall snuggly pillows with two different sides to fit my mood! Happy Halloween, y’all! 🎃

Padded, beaded beauty. So glad it’s finished! I’m not a beader (but I play one on TV) but I persevered and it’s all fancy-schmancy and finito. Maybe she should have a name. Should that be a thing? Naming my pillows? Hmmm... anyway I need to get a website or a blog or something and sell my name-less babies.

When the rump is nearly worn thru and the dear owner loves all things quirky...mend the hiney with a glove! Another dear-heart gifted the gloved patch to me and it just seemed right. The other side is just a patch to somewhat match. Now front left knee is mended and the hems are stabilized! Yay!

Twin granddaughters turning 4 soon! They’re not your ordinary Disney Princesses kinda gals, oh no! One wants to be a pilot (albeit in her own pink jet) and the other wants to be a scientist and study Dino p**p. Yes you read that correctly. So airplane fabric was pretty easy but I wasn’t going the emoji route (💩) so I chose dragons (kinda sorta like dragons, right?) and the knights that conquer them(like a scientist would, stay with me people!).
