The next time you visit Zoom in the web, you may notice something new. The Zoom Workplace app and web page are receiving a refresh mid-May to help streamline the user workflow.

In May, UAB required review and approval of all third-party apps that access data in the University’s Microsoft environment.

The new requirement applies to any app or service, for university or personal use, that accesses university Microsoft accounts or data, such as email, files, calendars or Teams, even when connected through an individual user’s login.
