Message from my heart, here we go!
I have been in this business going on 18 yrs.
It is absolutely crazy it has been that long.
The days are long, but the years are short ring true everyday.
From a professional standpoint, I feel like I have done a good job, and been successfully from many different standards and view points.
But sometimes, I go thru the motions.
Sometimes I become an order taking, rather than a trusted advisor.
It’s not because I don’t care, it’s simply trying to prioritize my day the best way I can and sometimes I may delay a conversation that ends up never happening.
So here is my commitment, my teams commitment.
2 important solutions to problems that sometimes get left out.
