Outstanding Community Service Project: Birmingham Healthcare Access Movement
We're thankful that one of our major community service projects was recognized at tonight's UAB Student Excellence Awards. This multi-site, multi-disciplinary health screening across Jefferson County was the culmination of months of work. Special thanks to our collaborators, volunteers, and our Community Service Director Justin Bailey (MS-2) for helping to make an impact beyond our campus and in our community.
