No Clip! Box Tops is now done without any clipping. All you need to do is download their app - info at boxtops4eduction.com - and start scanning your receipts! This new structure allows you to not only choose your School, but also choose a grade level for competing for most Box Tops earned!
Fundraising programs such as the Box Tops program benefit Essential and ultimately your family. Fundraising keeps our tuition costs low and allows us to provide access to resources like Enchanted Learning, Super Teacher Worksheets, etc. It also gives Essential the ability to support local homeschool programs and events. Funds are also used to build our school's curriculum library - free resources for our families! It is amazing how something as simple as scanning your shopping receipts can have such a big impact!

🎉 Calling all high schoolers - Come and get connected in Community!
If you are a high schooler (specifically at least age 14 AND in 9th grade by Sept 1st)* you want to be part of 3H. This month's activity will take place on Wednesday, October 15 at Oak Mountain Lanes. 3H will meet from 12pm-2pm and enjoy half priced arcade games with a lot of fun mixed in!🏓🎳

🏫 As an Essential family, your students are enrolled in a church school. Homeschooling is only their method of education, not their enrollment status.
The MAIN obligation you have upon initial enrollment is to submit the Church School Enrollment Form to your local public school superintendent. 📎
☑️ Attendance does need to be maintained, but this is only submitted to Essential - not a public school official.
Use the online Withdrawal form to notify us immediately if your student begins attending a different school. ❗

🌟 The Christian College Fair will be held October 30 at Westminster of Oak Mountain from
12 pm - 2 pm. We encourage our high school students to attend this college fair and explore Christian college options. This is a wonderful opportunity for access to multiple schools, all in one location, so you can gather more information and ask questions.

Enrollment is open April through August for the new school year, and it also opens mid-year during the month of December. Please visit our website for up-to-date information about enrollment and school policies.
We do offer official school transcripts, and we do have students accepted, attending, and graduating from colleges and universities (most with scholarships).
We also partner with the local homeschool community to offer athletic opportunities, as well as clubs and field trips. We believe in the power of community, and we actively support the efforts of Birmingham Homeschoolers Community.
