🌸Coaching Community Lab 4 in action!

Last week, LRS Jackson hosted the last lab of the year. Ms. Lott opened her classroom for an engaging lab experience where participants observed second-grade students decoding multisyllabic words, focusing on the consonant-le syllable pattern, and working through targeted learning stations.

Beyond the classroom, we deepened our understanding of how the Science of Reading guides assessment and instruction, always keeping student proficiency at the center. We also reflected on data to celebrate growth and planned our next steps through coaching.

Each of us left with a “seed of growth” to nurture—knowing that progress doesn’t always show up all at once, but it is happening.
We are committed to giving every child, every chance, every day!
