First major project complete! Students created, advocated for and voted on design ideas for our entry to this years “Ostiningo Park Scarecrow Contest”. They were asked the driving question “How can we create a scarecrow that reflects ACE Alt MS?” The winning submissions were Taylor’s “Pumpkin” and Parker’s “Yellow Man”. Taylor’s designed was inspired by our mascot which is a red grizzly bear. Parker explained that his design reflects ACE Middle because the character he chose “represents bravery and the people at this school are brave”. So proud of all our students and an extra special shoutout to the two students, Parker and Taylor, whose designs were able to be brought to life! Broome-Tioga BOCES
