Thank all of you who prayed for & supported our family in various ways while we were away on mission to share the love & gospel of Jesus Christ to Lima, Peru!

It was a life-changing experience. We saw healing begin, hope restored, & were mutually encouraged by the faith of our brothers & sisters in Christ on another continent. God allowed & used us to minister in schools, churches, outside the hospital, an addiction recovery home, door-to-door, through the streets, & through a family festival in the park.

This trip was redemptive in so many ways & we are so very humbled & grateful for the experience.

✨ New School Year, Full HEARTS ✨

The start of a new school year is always full of excitement, fresh beginnings, & a few butterflies.

Our HEARTS Homeschool Co-op has been an incredible success already! From hands-on learning to faith-filled fellowship, we’ve been thriving, not just academically, but in confidence, creativity, and kindness. 💝

We are so thankful for the families, volunteers, & teachers who pour their love & time into making this community strong. Together, we’re not just learning facts, we’re raising arrows that will fly far & strong. 🏹

Here’s to another year of growth, joy, & adventure!

Not only is it the one & only Z’s 4th birthday today, but she got to celebrate by starring in her first commercial at one of our favorite places: Galloway Family Farm! This place is such a diamond 💎 in the rough! Always something new to experience, learn, & taste!

We tried our own Marshmallow Experiment this week! In the 1960’s, an experiment was done to see if children would eat a marshmallow presented to them, or wait until the adult came back in the room to eat multiple marshmallows. Follow-up studies found that those who were able to wait tended to have better life outcomes, including higher academic achievement and emotional regulation. The experiment suggested that self-control in early childhood may be linked to future success, though later research showed that factors like environment and trust also play a significant role.
