Look what our Construction Careers students have been up to! 🔨

Since April, this class has been hard at work learning the fundamentals of the construction industry—covering safety, tools, construction math, drawings, materials handling, rigging and employability skills. These students also earned OSHA 10 Certification and National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) credentials.

Construction Careers will be offered again in Fall 2026! Stay tuned for registration information and your chance to start building your future with Community Education.

Learn the art of melting glass in a kiln in this beginner class. You will learn glass cutting skills, types of glass to use, co-efficient of expansion, how glass is fired and types of kilns while making a different project each week.

After the first session, students are responsible for purchasing their own supplies, including glass, fiber paper, firing time and fusing accessory glass ($80-$100). Supply list available on our website.

Calling all quilters—and aspiring quilters! ✂️🧵

Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills, tackle a new project, or simply enjoy sewing with others, our new quilting class is the perfect place to get creative.
