📣 IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY! 📣

We’re getting SO CLOSE to event day, and I want to make sure everyone has the information they need so Saturday runs as smoothly and safely as possible!

⏰ EVENT STARTS AT 10:00 AM

Vendor setup will begin between 7:00–8:00 AM. If you need extra time to get situated, please plan to arrive closer to 7:00.

Over the next few days, we will be working on marking and organizing the parking lot so we can get everyone spaced out and find the best spot for each vendor.

☀️ PLEASE PLAN FOR THE HEAT!
There is NO SHADE or coverage in the parking lot. If you have a canopy, tent, umbrella, etc., PLEASE bring it—and make sure you have proper weights to secure it. Bring plenty of water and anything else you need to stay comfortable throughout the day.

It’s going to be a LONG day, a BUSY day, and hopefully an AMAZING and SUCCESSFUL day for everyone! ❤️

🚨 VERY IMPORTANT: Once 10:00 AM rolls around, we cannot have vehicles driving through the main event area while people are walking around. If you are supposed to be set up at 10, please arrive early enough to be completely set up before the event begins.

If you are planning to arrive later in the day, please keep this in mind. We will have to work with you on safely getting into your location without putting guests or other vendors at risk.

🚗 VENDOR/GUEST PARKING:
Parking will need to be either up top toward the back or down toward the end of the service road where it dead-ends.

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE SERVICE ROAD.
There is a residential home at the end of the service road. DO NOT block the homeowner’s driveway or entryway. We still have to maintain normal access to the home and service road throughout the entire event.

♿ The parking spaces directly in front of the gym will be reserved for HANDICAP PARKING ONLY. Please help us keep these spaces available for the people who need them.

These are some of the biggest things we need everyone to know as we get closer to Saturday. We have a LOT of vendors and are doing our best to make this organized, safe, and successful for everybody.
