🥎 BLFPA Fall Ball Families – Evaluation schedule! 🥎

Fall Ball evaluations are this Thursday, August 6 at the Varsity Practice Field.

Please make sure to bring your volunteer check made out to BLFPA.
$400-1 player
$600-2+ players

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so players have time to warm up. Evaluations will begin promptly at the scheduled times.

📍 Location: Varsity Practice Field

⏰ Evaluation Schedule

🥎 10U: 5:30–7:00 PM
• Please arrive by 5:10–5:15 PM
• Pitchers and catchers will stay after evaluations for position-specific assessments.

🥎 12U: 7:00–8:00 PM
• Please arrive by 6:40–6:45 PM
• Pitchers and catchers will stay after evaluations for position-specific assessments.

🥎 14U / 16U:
Due to registration numbers and team formation, no evaluations will be held for the combined 14U/16U team.

🥎 Fall Ball Registration –CLOSES SUNDAY 8/2 @11:59pm.
Registration is officially live and closes Sunday, August 2 at 11:59 PM. Current registration numbers: • 8U – 11 players • 10U – 24 players • 12U – 17 players • 14U – 4 players • 16U – 2 players

Fees: • 8U: $140 • 10U–16U: $170

Evaluations: Practice Field | Thursday, August 6 beginning at 5:30 PM (Age-level schedule will be announced soon after registration closes on Monday 8/3.)

**Late registration's will only be accepted if we need to fill an age group**

Eval Practices (10U–16U): 📅 August 3 & 5 | 6–7 PM | Practice Field
This is a great opportunity for players to get a feel for what they’ll be evaluated on during evals on Thursday, August 6th.

Season Schedule: • 8U & 10U – Saturday doubleheaders • 12U, 14U & 16U – Sunday doubleheaders Game weekends: Aug 22–23, Aug 29–30, Sept 12–13, Sept 19–20, and Fall State Sept 26–27

🚫 No games Labor Day weekend (Sept7)

Volunteer Info: Big Lake will host games at the 4-Plex this fall — we’ll need help with concessions and field operations. • 4 hours for 1 player | 6 hours for multiple players • Deposits: $400 (1 player) | $600 (2+ players) — refundable when hours are completed. Volunteer Checks will need to be turned on at Evaluations on Thursday Aug 6th

Big Lake 10U Black wrapped up their season this weekend at Monsta Nationals. While the ending wasn’t what they hoped for, it doesn’t take away from an outstanding season.

This season, the team brought home two tournament championships and one runner-up finish, while making tremendous strides in their fundamentals and softball IQ. Most importantly, they represented each other and the Big Lake Fastpitch Association with class, sportsmanship, and pride all season long.

Despite the rain and a couple of tough games, our 14U Nationals team made memories that will last a lifetime. ❤️🥎

This week was about so much more than wins and losses—it was about teamwork, perseverance, friendships, and representing Big Lake with pride. These girls battled through every challenge with heart and created memories they’ll never forget.

We’re so proud of this team and everything they accomplished. 💙💛

10U Black is having a great weekend at the Monsta Nationals Tournament in Bloomington!

The girls had an absolute blast during the costume parade and backed it up with some outstanding softball on Days 1 and 2. They won their first two pool play games before a hard-fought loss in the pool championship game, finishing 2-1 and taking 2nd place in their pool to earn a spot in the Platinum Bracket!

Play continues today. Keep it rolling, ladies! We’re proud of the way you’re competing and representing Big Lake.
