🚨Summer 2026 Recap🚨
That's another wonderful summer of sailing in the books at Sandy Point!
We had many returning campers and quite a few new ones as we enjoyed beautiful, hot summer weather on the water in Perkins Cove and beyond. Only a couple of passing storms sent us inside, but we made the most of those days too, tying knots and playing games!
We started our last week of summer camp with a youth intermediate class in the morning and a teen intermediate/intro to racing class in the afternoon. We were delighted to see so many familiar faces and a few new ones too as our sailors worked to hone their skills.
Our dedicated team of instructors and volunteers had a blast this summer working with sailors of all ages to improve their skills while having fun on the water.
A huge thank you to everyone who chose to sail with us this summer! We're sad that it's over, but we're already looking forward to next year!
