In just 60 seconds, what is the global Nursing program? [start] The global Nursing program is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fixing the issues related to nursing shortages all over the world. We are currently setting up a multilingual database that lists all the available nursing jobs on the planet and includes positions for new graduates who often can't find jobs due to a lack of experience. We are working with Rosetta Stone to create specific language immersion courses designed especially for nurses. Throughout the world, there are refugee camps and some have been there for decades. We are setting up modular nursing schools that will be based in the camps and that will allow us to train and equip refugees in their own language to become fully licensed nurses. For many nurses, there are no resources available for continuing education or professional development. This is just a small part of what we are doing at gNp.
