Big shout out of gratitude to Yoleny Lemus of Bloom by yoleny! She’s such an awesome image consultant, and she doesn’t stop at wardrobe and make up.

Yoleny helps women of all ages and cultures BlOOM; and she leaves her signature flowers wherever she creates!

I hired her to help me organize and declutter my home, and she left flowers on my kitchen table and in my upstairs bathroom.

My house looks amazing thanks to her! I’d highly recommend her if you’d like to organize your closets or make your house happily shine. It’s definitely a loving gift to self.💕.

Teachers☀️Teachers☀️Teachers☀️

Are you putting yourself last? Is your teaching job causing you stress and fatigue? Are you giving too much of yourself to others?

Deep breathe: Lesson plans, data, report cards, end of the year parties, classroom management, meetings, behavioral issues, parent-teacher conferences…

The good news is, it’s coming to an end! The summer break is on its way, and you’ll soon be packing up your classroom.

I don’t know about you but, I couldn’t wait for this time of year, because I so badly wanted to take care of myself.

I was obese, and I wanted to lose weight. After all I had the entire summer to undo all the effects of my comfort eating.

The problem was, I had no clue how to truly take it off, and I was way too tired to stick to anything. Although my mind had tons of plans for the summer break, my body wanted to lie around and do nothing.

The good news is my excess weight is off! I’d like to share my pictures and my story with teachers who are wired like me.

If you put yourself last, and use food to get through, I’d like to talk to you. Let’s have a heart to heart, and see if we can turn the patterns that are hurting you around.
