Tools In The Shed Tutoring Tools In The Shed Tutoring provides one-on-one tutoring to help students of all abilities succeed. I provide one on one tutoring and group lessons.

Our mission is to make education accessible to everyone, regardless of their current academic level. I have experience as a Learning Specialist working with Kindergarten through High School. Receiving my Masters Degree from Columbia University Teachers College I then went on to attend CUNY Hunter College to focus my studies on Learning Disabilities. We will work together to find what set-up (length of session, number of sessions a week) works best for the student. My style is hands on, real world learning, not simply text book lessons. If at all possible I prefer to create lessons where students are doing rather than just receiving information. Read it, say it, do it and you've made the knowledge your's.
