I haven't posted in a long while about anything really. I've been in a rut. But I am working toward pulling myself out of it. Made some positive changes this past week and if I keep them up I know I can get to a better place. I just finished my first week of a hybrid workout calendar I'm doing and I feel by the end of this I'll have one heck of a strong core and a pretty decent b***y! Lmao 😂 I can't wait to see how far I've come at the end of the calendar. This hybrid is hard but rewarding!

Leg day is so hard, but pretty fun! Plus since it's the largest muscles in your legs u still burn well after the workout, so win win! and , you never disappoint! This was a finisher on the places "down south" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Can't wait for functional flow tomorrow! I actually look forward to these workouts! ❤️

Did fire flow 1 yesterday and today was much needed mobility flow1! Soooo needed that amazing stretch today! Been keeping the food healthy too. It's a journey to an alcohol free, junk food eating, fast food grabbing me. 2 days sober here and feeling better already! It gets easier each day I don't stop at the liquor store on the way home for the nightly night caps. Even my hubs has been joining me on the non alcoholic part. (I'll take it as a win). Someday I might get him to join me with the workouts.....maybe. 🤣

is totally a life changer! Once u get it down pat, you can do ur own lashes any way you want in 10 minutes! They even have colors! I love mine! And no, I don't get anything for promoting. I just think they are a great product for those who love lashes! ❤️

Feeling pretty good! Only have 1 more day of week 1 of recommitting to myself! Different things work for different people and I have tried other things and it just wasn't me. THIS I love doing! THIS makes me feel most in control and strongest. So here I am again. On my journey. But boy oh boy do I hate cardio days! 🤣
