We're super excited to be kicking off our next round of training next month!

We're timing our training sessions so they align with the times when people are most likely to be looking for new coworking communities. In this case, the post-Labor Day rush!

Communities naturally go through generational shifts which are often tied to seasonal changes as people move, change jobs, and as kids go back to school. If you design for these shifts intentionally, you can use them as opportunities to bring fresh energy into your culture and set your community up to be much stronger in the coming months and years.

At Office Nomads and New Work City, we started our Cotivation groups at critical times when our communities needed a boost and new members were coming in. The efforts were so successful for us that we decided to turn our process into something we can share with others.
