Girl's Garage: Nonprofit devoted to teach young girls various trades

Pat and Jerry took the Culinary Career Training class and then opened and operated a cafe for many years in the multipurpose room. It was wonderful to see them again and hopefully, we will have a new cafe opening again soon!

Recently, BAS ESL students demonstrated traditional capoeira, which is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, music, and spirituality.
