Great day of fishing for Sparta at Kincaid lake during the DuQuoin High School Invitational! Matthew Dorf and Cody Martin took 1st place with 5 fish weighing 12.62 lbs. Matthew also finished 2nd in big bass with a 5.0 lber. Second overall was 12.18 lbs and 3rd was 12.16 lbs.

Sparta competed in the Galatia High school invitational yesterday. They finished with 3 fish for 5.6 lbs. Lost opportunities hurt the team but it was still a great day.
