The Concert Choir has been busy this weekend. On Friday, they headed to Millard South for DMC and presented a strong musical set that earned them roman numerals behind their name. But more importantly, they got to clinic with Mr. Woodin, and received useful feedback from the judges so that they were able to make some changes for future performances. They even had time to catch Millard South's performance that evening which was amazing!

On Sunday they got to share the stage with Wesleyan University, Standing Bear High School, Shenandoah High School, and the Lincoln Boys Choir. This was their first time performing in a full concert hall this year instead of an auditorium and watching their facial reaction to the ring of a concert hall was epic. Their performance was the best that I have heard them and I'm super proud of them! They were true professionals the whole trip and what a musical moment they got to share with the audience and each other. Plus, we got to hear Nolan!

There are two more opportunities to hear them this week. Thursday 7pm they will share the stage with BMS and BSMS 8th grade choirs and Friday is full BHS vocal Honors Festival at 7pm both at BHS!
