Theres a thing that true spiritual transformation requires — one that is very frequently left out of self development conversations.
Why? Because it doesn’t sell.
And that’s that you can’t control your way to your next level.
And most mindset, coaching, manifestation, intuitive development, etc material (especially on the internet)…
Is repackaged control.
Actually, it’s a repackaging of the thing making us sick, which I can speak to in a future video.
If you want a true foundational shift, it will cost you all of the places where you’re trying to control the s**t out of your process and your life.

One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE conversations with one of my all time favorite people, and one of the leaders on the Seers counsel in , .to.be.human on the Have You Met You podcast.
This one is near and dear to my heart, not just because Sasha is a dear soul sister, but because this conversation weaves things that are so important to me on a soul level:
✨Christian mysticism and the lost wisdom of ancient Christianity
✨Love as the greatest healing force on the planet and where we’ve gotten it wrong
✨Ancient technology, the technology of what it means to be human, and what’s possible in our world when we re-center the sacred
✨The importance of community and collective healing and disrupting the wound of individualism that keeps us stuck and small as a populace
Also worth noting that we laugh a lot and I use my cartoon voices on this episode, which is kind of new for me 😂
Check it out on the Have You Met You podcast wherever you listen to your podcasts 🙃

A snickers bar on a chairlift is just as holy as having your hands in the dirt. Or on a church altar. Or holding your children. Or on your own body.
The spirituality that requires you to perform isn’t the real thing. The real thing has room for everything you are.
Even the tequila, when the moment calls for it.
Quote taken from my most recent pod episode with Chelsea Rose!
I have literally never had so much fun being a podcast guest, and I’ve been on a LOT of great podcasts. Check it out!!

Procrastination is costing us more energy than it’s saving. Who knew 🤷♀️
There’s a cost to the illusion of separation.
How much harm is enacted on the planet, in our systems, and in our own lives when we forget that we belong to one another?
Wetiko, a concept rooted in Indigenous wisdom traditions (often named within Algonquin lineages) is described as kind of psychic illness that feeds on separation, consumption, and disconnection from life itself.
What would shift if we understood this not as who we are, but as something we’ve been conditioned into?
What becomes possible when we remember?
If you feel the pull to step out of that illusion and into a more relational, embodied way of being, this is the work of The Beauty Way.
Our next retreat is an immersive, ceremonial experience, devoted to remembering, reconnecting, and restoring right relationship with yourself, each other, and the living world.
If you feel the call, you’ll find more in the link in my bio.
Part 1/2 of Remembering the Garden Live with the brilliant
Today we deconstruct the idea that reality is only what we can see—inviting you into the possibility that interfacing with the unseen is essential to accessing the full wholeness of being alive.
If you feel the pull to go deeper, we’ll be in Bend, Oregon on April 21 (6:30–8:30 PM), working with embodied, ceremonial practices to deepen your connection to the unseen.
And if you’re feeling the call, the next Beauty Way is now open for applications—link in bio.
There’s no such thing as a universal solution… except for this.

You don’t need another strategy.
You need space to listen.
To soften. To remember. To root.
The Beauty Way is a 4-day retreat for women ready to reconnect to their sacred rhythm and embody a new way of leading — one that begins within.
