This is something that people don't want you to know: success can feel really boring. A lot of the most successful people out there are the ones who are willing to do boring things over and over and over again, day after day.
I know personally I can easily get addicted to the highs that come from quick wins and big ups, but in reality, those wins can feel short-lived in the big scheme of things. What has built more sustainable success is my willingness to embrace the periods of reflection, planning, and ex*****on.
Does this resonate for you? Where do you think you need to embrace more boring in the interest of long-term success and fulfillment?
