Triathlon Coaching, Run Coaching, Bike Coaching, Endurance Sports Coaching Triathlon has been a way to challenge myself, giving my body variety in training.
I am an Age-Group Athlete who has been participating in triathlons since 2010, including Ironman Lake Tahoe, Vineman Full, Honu 70.3, Boise 70.3, Lake Stevens 70.3 and the Los Angeles Marathon. Hardest thing for me to do when coming back from being injured is being patient.... I have not been able to run much since I injured my foot back in June.... still have yet to figure out what the issue is.... Yes I did just do 110k running race... but I was in pain for a great majority of the race and had to walk most of it!
