Once again we did it. Unbelievable. And what a season. Kexet and I are double 🏆🏆 NW U.S. Region 6 Champions at both Intermediate II and Grand Prix dressage. On top of that Kexet helped me achieve a lifelong bucket list dream of not only competing at Grand Prix, but earning my USDF Gold Medal. 🥇
This horse is unreal - a pure miracle and a dream come true. 💫💫He is my equine soul mate in every sense and the gratitude I have for him each day overwhelms me. He tries SO HARD. And gives SO MUCH. THANK YOU. 😊
Huge thanks yous are in order for not only him, but the people who surround me on this journey. and my son Dean are first and foremost my biggest fans along with “mom” . is my angel coach and constant equine therapist. She is THE HUGE reason we are where we are today. She is pure talent in teaching, training and encouraging. 🎓How did I ever get so lucky to find such a wonderful mentor in Bend? Day in and day out, she is there. Good days and ugly ones...always putting Kexet first. 🐴 The family is truly that - family. We a barn of devoted, warm, enthusiastic horse lovers with zero drama and all positive/constructive feedback. To find a place like that with no difficult personalities or drama-queens is a needle 🪡in a haystack and a testament to our coaches who run it.
Taryn is the medical/body worker magician I never knew we needed. 👩🏻⚕️Her intuition on Kexet’s health and happiness is wild. She just “knows” when he’s off and needs vet help. She understands his body like no one else and can read him like a book. It’s mind-blowing. I adore you, girl! Jared Nyman is vet 🩺extraordinaire....kind, matter-of-fact and on-point. He saves us on more than one occasion! And our new farrier Tyler Salas, 👞a saint who comes to the rescue when Kexet needs it most and I am eternally grateful for his skill and talent!
