Every year, our ASB Leaders choose a local charity to which to dedicate some our fundraising efforts. Last year, it was Blue Skies for Children. This year, students selected the Opportunity Council. We are honored to be able to help our community in this way!
This week's Blue Skies for Children Champion is familiar to many kids, parents, and teachers in our local community...Kulshan Middle School!
Their Middle School ASB Team put together a pizza fundraiser in support of kids who are financially up against more than their peers. We are impressed that even as middle schoolers, this group had confidence, a willingness to go out in the community to champion their peers, and awareness that many of their fellow students are dealing with more than meets the eye. Thank you Kulshan Middle School and the ASB Team!
