I'm feeling so much gratitude as I read through heartwarming messages from parents about the various kid's workshop I have hosted recently. This reel includes just a few of the messages.

As Mother’s Day approaches, I’ve been thinking about what motherhood has really taught me. It’s stretched me, softened me, and asked me to hold joy and worry in the same breath.

The real magic is still in the small moments — late-night talks, karaoke sessions with my daughter, chess games with my son (he always wins), shared laughter.

This year, I’m learning to give them extra love when they’re prickly, to give more grace, release expectations, and take feedback. I’m still learning.

Some days I feel like I’m doing it all wrong. Some days they tell me so.

And then there are days when I look at these amazing kids — working through something hard, discovering what brings them joy, giving back to others, reflecting deeply, reaching for connection, moving through the ups and downs of life — and I think, I played a small part in this.

I can’t protect them from every challenge, but I can help prepare them to move through it.

I am so grateful to go on this journey with them and to be their mom.

To all the moms and motherly figures doing the beautiful, messy, sacred work of raising humans: you’re doing more than you know.

I'm in awe of all that teachers do. They do so much more than educate. They nurture, guide, and inspire the well-being of our children. They shape futures, foster confidence, and spark a lifelong love of learning.

On Teacher Appreciation Day, I want to thank:

The Emotions Navigator workshop this weekend was such a joy. This troop was absolutely awesome — curious, supportive of one another, and so ready to dive in. We learned a lot together, and we also laughed a lot.

It was amazing meeting each of them and exploring our emotions through games, movement, creativity, and conversation. Such a close‑knit, vibrant group of leaders.

Already looking forward to our next journey together. 💜✨

I'm still glowing after yesterday's Big Deal Girl Scout Conference! I had the honor of leading two half-day well‑being workshops and connecting with so many kids, families, and volunteers. The Girl Scouts were brave, creative, engaged, and a joy to teach.

A huge thank you to my husband for running the vendor table and supporting this work in such a big way. Feeling grateful for this community and the meaningful moments we get to create together empowering young minds. 💜🌈
