Responsibilities for Barista
1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, drinks, crape and bagel that meet quality standards
2. Properly handle and maintain all equipment
3. Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
4. Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
5. Serve customers quickly and efficiently
6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
7. Observe relevant health and safety standards
Qualifications for Barista
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Strong ability to multitask
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
