We’re hiring!

Wild Wonders is looking for a Middle School Science and Math teacher to join us for the coming year.

This is a classroom where the whiteboard is sometimes a creek bank. Where a lesson on ratios might happen in the garden, and a science unit follows what the animals are doing that week.

If you love this age group, if you’re comfortable teaching in the rain, and if you want creative freedom inside a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!

🌿 Monday through Thursday, 12:30 to 3:00pm

Fall Fridays at the Farm are back.

Ten Fridays on the farm, starting September 11th, 9:00am to 1:00pm. We’ll make fall art, cook together, take care of the animals, and spend the rest of the time outside while the season turns.

$650 for the full ten weeks, or $75 a day. 10% off for the first sibling, 5% off for the second. We skip October 16th.

We’re hiring a School Care Specialist!

This is the person who cares for our youngest ones during the school day, usually one to three little ones ages 0 to 2, and then spends the last hour of each day with our afterschool group, ages 4 through 12.

The schedule follows our school year, September through June. Monday through Thursday, so every weekend is a three-day weekend. Time off over school breaks and holidays. And because this is a farm campus, a good part of the job happens outside.

One thing that makes this role special: it includes a possible childcare remission benefit, which means one child may be able to come to work with you, depending on age. We’re glad to talk through what that could look like for your family.

Ever wondered what a day at Wild Wonders actually looks like? Come find out. We’re opening the farm on Saturday, August 1 from 10am to noon, and families are invited to walk the grounds, meet the animals, chat with our teachers, and talk to some of the kids who learn here every week.

What does a week at Wild Wonders actually look like?

Morning chores with the animals. Math at the kitchen table, then mud on the boots by 10. A science lesson that starts in a book and ends in the garden. Big kids helping little kids. Little kids keeping up better than you’d think.

Four days a week on our farm in Belgrade, kids learn the way kids are built to learn: hands busy, outside often, surrounded by people who know them well.

A few spots are still open for the 2026/2027 school year at Wild Wonders!

At Wild Wonders, learning looks a little different. It is built around real projects that tie subjects together, so it sticks and kids understand why it matters. While this non-traditional approach is deeply engaging, it is also highly effective—resulting in proven academic excellence as our students master complex concepts. Math meets each child where they are, and there’s room for every kind of learner, including the ones who do their best thinking on their feet.

What ties it all together is the community. Older students step into real leadership, the younger ones light up when they get waved into a soccer game or the mud kitchen, and families find each other here in a way that lasts. You don’t find that everywhere.

Join us on select Fridays this summer for a morning of animal chores, garden time, nature arts and crafts, and plenty of unstructured play with good friends.

We could tell you all about what summer on the farm looks like. But honestly, these parents say it better than we ever could.
