💙 Not all learners connect with pictures or written schedules - and that’s okay! Here is something to try...object schedules!
They use real, tangible items to make routines more meaningful, predictable, and accessible.
They can help:
• Reduce stress during transitions
• Build independence
• Make abstract routines more concrete
👉 Save this post for when you are ready to give it a try!

🌱 Check out this group who is growing more than flowers… they are growing independence, confidence, and opportunities!
This spring, students in a California workability program hosted a pop-up flower shop featuring arrangements they grew and seed packets they created 🌺
Through this experience, students practiced meaningful, real-world skills like communication, task completion, and customer engagement - all within a supportive, structured environment.
Our trainers even joined in on the fun - Julia brought home a beautiful arrangement, and Alexis picked up sunflower seeds 🌻
