What does that mean?
It means, I work with people who live with the very real affects of trauma AND I work with people who have learning difficulties.

Sometimes trauma & learning struggles affect the same person...but sometimes it doesn't. I work with both.

It's true. Studies show that student athletes who experience a concussion benefit from academic accommodations during their initial healing period. Additionally, one can experience adverse effects of a concussion long after their concussive experience, including difficulty with reading, comprehension and memory.
