During this episode, we talk about how we sabotage success as business owners. When we embark on a new business venture or try something new, many of our parts can get activated. Today we discuss how sabotage protects us from failure AND success. If we truly succeed what will that mean? How will success change our identities and lives?
Using the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), we bring examples of our own journey with self-sabotage and the ways it shows up in our personal process.
Curious why you procrastinate when trying something new? Tune in and hear how to work with your own saboteur.

How Holistic Business Coaching Is Different We are hearing the term “holistic business coaching” more and more these days, but what is it exactly?
During this episode we are talking with Lauren Hancock who is a psychologist, executive coach and speaker from Perth, Australia.
We take on some hot topics related to sexual harassment and social justice in the workplace.
Lauren shares how she specifically works with female leaders, teaching them how to “take up space,” to empower her clients to be seen and heard in male-dominated workplaces.
As always, we are using the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS) in our discussion. In the interview we identify “parts” that came up for Lauren in response to her leadership experiences. We also talk about how those "parts" assisted her through challenges of her journey.
