Looking for a workout that’s fun, energizing, and totally different? Join our POUND Fitness Class—where cardio, strength training, and drumming come together for a full-body experience set to music!
Using lightly weighted drumsticks, you’ll squat, lunge, and sweat your way through an exciting, rhythm-based workout that feels more like a jam session than exercise. No experience needed—just come ready to move and have fun!
