2 hour delay tomorrow(9-25)!!!!

Pamlico County Schools will operate on a two-hour delay on Friday, September 25th, for all students and staff due to water covering roadways in several areas of the county. Please use caution when traveling and stay safe.

Open house was a success! It was a full house tonight! It was so wonderful to see all of the children mingling with their friends again! Seeing them find their new classrooms and checking the rosters to see if they have any friends in class! What a wonderful evening! But without any further ado..we have our raffle winners!!!

The winner of the 50/50 cash raffle is Emily Pernell!!!

The winner of the bookbag LOADED with all school supplies needed for this year is Joe Avery!!!!

And last but not least, the winner of the $50 Brantleys restaurant gift certificate, $25 Nautical Wheelers gift certificate, the 20 oz Steel engraved tumbler, Koozy and the 1oz measuring glass donated by The Bean…IS…….

As the summer comes to an end, the new school year begins! But first…OPEN HOUSE!!! And in good PTO fashion, we are offering 3 raffle items!!!!
1-a bookbag filled with all school supplies your child will need for this year.
2-the VERY popular 50/50 cash raffle

And last but Definitely Not least…we had some lovely donations from our local small businesses in oriental!!!!

3-$50 Brantley's Village Restaurant gift card, $25 gift card to Nautical Wheelers, a 20oz steel laser engraved tumbler, a Koozy AND a 1 oz measuring glass from The Bean

3 raffles, 3 incredible prizes!!!!

Payments that will be accepted are CASH, Venmo(will be using one of our members account) and Cash App ( will be using the same members account).

Tickets are $2 each OR 3 tickets for $5! ORRRRRR 1 arm stretch for $25!!!!

Because Fred A. Anderson Elementary’s Open House and the High School orientation are being held on the same day, parking will be limited. This adjusted time will help both events run more smoothly.

We cannot wait to welcome our All-Stars back and begin our journey along Many Stars, One Path! 🌟

Good afternoon!!!! Our Teachers/Staff appreciation luncheon is right around the corner!!!!! If you’d like to contribute, click the link and sign up!!! Thank you all for your continued support, whether it be volunteering or dropping off goodies and supplies, your help does not go unnoticed!

PTO is providing lunch from Mayo's restaurant as the main course. Collections of sides, drinks, and desserts are requested to help finish the meal. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Together we look forward to happily serving our staff

We are happily preparing to provide a Christmas lunch to our amazing staff of 35. The meal will be provided by Chickfila but we are seeking donations of desserts and drinks. Please take a look and participate as you are able. Thank you in advance for partnering to support our school community!

Donations should be dropped in the front office on/before 8am Wednesday, December 17th.

🦃✨ Get Ready for the TURKEY WOBBLE! ✨🦃
Our FAA PTO is excited to host this fun after-school event on Tuesday, November 25, 2025! Students can enjoy dancing, games, bingo, co****le, and time with friends—all for just $5, which includes a hot dog and a bottle of water.

📅 Date: Tuesday, Nov. 25
⏰ Time: After school–4:30 PM
🚗 Pick-Up: Side parking lot (bus parking lot) promptly at 4:30
💵 Cost: $5 — Due by Nov. 21
🍿 Additional snacks and drinks will be available for $1 each!

Permission slips and money are due by November 21.
