Student schedules temporarily unavailable

Dear TVM parents and guardians,
We are excited to welcome your child to a new school year! We know that seeing a class schedule helps students feel prepared, and we want to share an update about when that information will be available.
Right now, student schedules aren’t visible due to an update of Skyward, our student information system. The update created inaccuracies that we are working to fix.
As you prepare for the first day, here’s what you can expect:
Back-to-school night: We still encourage you and your family to attend and meet teachers, even though schedules aren’t available yet. Back to school night is today, Aug. 21, at TVM. It begins with a fifth grade orientation from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. All students and families can drop by between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Students will still be able to meet all their teachers they will have, see their classrooms, and tour the school.
Schedule information in Skyward: We anticipate that updated, accurate schedules should be viewable in Skyward by Sunday evening unless we experience further issues.
First day of school: Each student will also receive a printed copy of their schedule when they arrive at school on the first day, Aug. 26.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make sure everything is accurate. We can’t wait to see our students back at TVM!
