We are proud of all our graduates! You have exceeded all your expectations and we love it. Keep learning and growing.
We also got a chance to see our former student Kollin, graduate with honors in his program. Kollin returned to BRCC after completing PSE to further his education. Kollin continue to show your ability and never stop thriving.
The Program for Successful Employment (PSE) help students with different disabilities learn skills to help them become self-sufficient, independent, and prepare them for competitive employment. We help to build confidence and character.
You can help support PSE by making a donation at: https://brccf.org/pse.php.

At BRCC, we are proud to recognize the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our PSE students, graduates, and future BEARS CTP students. Inclusive Postsecondary Education creates meaningful opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to continue learning, build independence, gain workforce skills, and prepare for competitive employment.
We are excited about the future of PSE and BEARS as we continue expanding access, strengthening career pathways, and believing in every studentโs ability to succeed.
